The in-house quality control unit is loaded with all the advanced facilities that assist our quality controllers & analysts to deliver products that comply with the international quality norms. Some of the testing facilities and hired testing facilities available with us are as mentioned below:

Testing Facilities

• All measuring instruments are calibrated.
• Electrode drying and holding ovens are calibrated.
• All welders and welding procedures are qualified as per ASME SECTION IX. Some of our welders are also qualified by LRIS.
• Pneumatic Testing: In-House.
• Hydraulic Testing: In-House.

Testing Facilities Hired

• All Physical & Chemical test facilities are hired from outside - Which are approved by various third party inspection agencies as well as govt.
• Radiography, UT & MPI are hired from out side approved parties.
